Q: What does the initial consultation look like/what should clients expect? 

A: Meeting with our clients for the first time is always exciting! After the initial hello, I head to the kitchen with my clients, where I ask detailed questions about what they love, what they don’t, and what their ideal kitchen would look like. Together, we identify pain points and come up with solutions to make their kitchen space more functional and enjoyable.

Ahead of our appointment, I get a sneak peek into their preferences through our interactive pre-appointment survey, which helps me understand their style and color preferences. I always like to present three options, offering a mix of our five services, so my clients have plenty of flexibility to choose what works best for them.

One of the most popular changes we make is updating the door style and color. We review a selection of door styles pre-chosen by the client from the survey. These represent the overall look of the doors, with some resembling picture frames, while others have a more sleek, plateau-like appearance. After choosing our favorite door style, we pair it with the perfect hardware and a stunning quartz or granite countertop, along with a backsplash that ties everything together.

Once we’ve selected all the elements that complete the kitchen design, I present a proposal where we can finalize which of the three options best suits their vision and needs. It’s always a rewarding experience to see their dream kitchen take shape!

Q: How quickly can potential clients expect to receive the quote after an initial consultation?

A: Every client can expect to receive a quote before I leave their home. This step is crucial because it allows us to review the proposal together, ensuring that nothing has been overlooked. It also gives us the opportunity to make any adjustments on the spot, ensuring the quote aligns perfectly with their vision and needs.

Q: What is the typical turnaround time for projects from quote to completion?

A: From quote to completion, we typically finish the project in about 4-6 weeks. This timeline allows our lead installer to take precise measurements of their kitchen before placing the order, as well as account for the necessary wait time for shipments. Our process ensures that every detail is carefully planned and executed to meet our clients expectations.

Q:How do you choose the materials/styles to recommend to clients?

A: When clients book their appointment, they receive an insightful questionnaire that helps me understand their preferences. It allows me to see which door styles, color schemes, hardware options, countertops, and backsplash they love, among many other details. Additionally, by observing the other rooms adjacent to the kitchen, I gain valuable insight into their overall design style, helping me recommend materials and styles that perfectly complement the rest of their home.
