Eligibility: This offer is for second-home owners in Traverse City who book virtual consultations and commit to projects with a minimum value of $15,000.

Discount Details: A 15% discount will be applied to qualifying refacing or redooring projects, deducted at the time of final payment.

Offer Period: Valid for projects booked between 10/15/24 and 12/31/24, to be completed by 4/10/25.

Remote Management: Homeowners do not need to be on-site. The entire project can be managed virtually with our design and project management team.

Limitations: Offer applies to one project per household. Not combinable with other discounts or promotions.

Non-Transferable: Discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to future projects.

Cancellation: If the project is canceled, the 15% discount will not apply.

Substitution: Kitchen Tune-Up may modify or substitute materials based on availability, maintaining quality and value.
