In this cozy Holden Beach cottage, space was limited. Our team was called in to maximize storage an function without breaking the bank. In addition to limited space, the primary cooking appliance was a small 27" drop in range and no microwave. Our team came up with several solutions to help make this kitchen more functional.
New cabinets were added to the wall above the washer/dryer and refaced to match the entire kitchen with new slab style doors, rollout trays, new drawer boxes and a modification to a corner cabinet for a lazy susan. The bar was opened to give greater access and storage. The cabinets were opened up to allow for a full size slide in range and the old vent hood was removed to modify the upper cabinet for an over range microwave. Top it all off with undercabinet lighting and the space looks amazing!
