Terri and Sam Lawrence are proud to serve the community they have called home for decades. Terri was born and raised in the Seattle and Lynnwood area, and both she and Sam started their careers at Boeing. After years of executive leadership, global consulting, and building successful companies, they chose to bring their experience home in a very personal way.

They live, work, and cheer here. You will likely find them hiking in the Cascades, skiing in the winter, camping in the summer, gathering with friends and family, at a Mariners game, or passionately cheering on the Seahawks. 

They believe community truly matters. Sam has served on the PCC Community Markets Board and volunteers at a local food bank, and Terri brought more than 150 neighbors together for a live jazz event after COVID to help restore connection and community spirit. They make a point to support local businesses and restaurants whenever they can, knowing that thriving neighborhoods are built by neighbors investing in neighbors. Giving back is not a tagline for them. It is simply part of who they are. After decades in high-level leadership roles, they wanted to build something tangible and community-focused. Kitchen Tune Up felt like the perfect fit. In the Seattle area, full kitchen remodels can easily climb into six figures. For many families, that just is not realistic. Terri and Sam are passionate about helping everyday homeowners achieve beautiful, functional kitchens without the overwhelming cost and disruption of a full renovation.
